Stewart Park Summer LEague

NOTE: This league is currently at capacity with 34 teams. New teams wishing to join can contact Yangmi Kang and be added to a waitlist, or individual players wanting to find a team may be added to a sub list, from which players are frequently contacted to fill in and often get recruited by teams.

Location: Stewart Park, Ithaca, NY

Wednesdays, 6pm - sunset

The league runs from first Wednesday of May until Labor Day.

Cost: $100 per team for the season (as of 2024)

Format: 34 teams split across five divisions (A, B, C, D, and E). All new teams in the league start in E division, regardless of their perceived skill level. Exceptions may be made at commissioner's discretion for existing teams that restructure, or return under a different name. Halfway through the season, teams significantly overperforming their division have a chance to move up a division, but division moves are subject to space availability and the approval of the league commissioning body. Teams will play 38 matches of three games each throughout the season. 

2025 Schedule

May 7 to August 27. OFF week of July 4. 

Weeks 1-5 (May 7 - June 4): 2 matches per night. Games to 25, win by 2, capped at 30.

Weeks 6-8 (June 11-25): 3 matches per night. Games to 21, win by 2, capped at 25. 

Week 9 (July 2): OFF WEEK for 4th of July Holiday.

Weeks 10-12 (July 9-23): 3 matches per night. Games to 21, win by 2, capped at 25.

Weeks 13-17 (July 30 - August 27): 2 matches per night. Games to 25, win by 2, capped at 30.
